- Backup Power for Short- and Long-term Outages:
TeleMessagingUSA is completely capable of continuing normal operations through short- or long-term power outages. Thanks to our Minuteman Enterprise Back Up Uninterrupted Power Supplies, all of our computer systems and operator stations have access to power during outages that last up to two hours. For power outages lasting longer than two hours, we have a 100kw natural gas/propane electric generator that can supply power for an unlimited amount of time. And all of our backup power solutions are tested weekly to ensure their constant efficiency and availability.
- Redundant and Satellite Phone Lines: We have redundant phone lines from three different telephone service providers. These lines come from three different routes from around the country. If one of the routes is disrupted, all in-coming traffic is routed to the two remaining routes. And in the unlikely event a land line traffic is
interrupted, all traffic will be routed to our satellite telephone facilities. - Emergency Facilities on Standby: At TeleMessagingUSA, we’ve taken disaster recovery to the highest level. We’ve strategically partnered with Agility Recovery Solutions to obtain access to emergency facilities in case a major disaster strikes. Agility can furnish all the necessary equipment and support we need to ensure our operation continues through almost any disaster. Having emergency facilities on standby ensures we can provide answering services with complete dependability.
- Alternate Locations throughout the Country: We’ve partnered with multiple offices in different parts of the country. So if we need to by-pass an emergency, we can easily route calls to different locations and keep our service flowing smoothly. In-coming callers will never know the difference. And our answering services will be delivered with the same level of quality, accuracy and professionalism we’ve always provided.
